Terms and Conditions for eMarketing Concepts – Website Design
1. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in business with eMarketing Concepts for website design services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Scope of Work: eMarketing Concepts agrees to provide website design services as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or project scope. Any additional work requested by the client may result in extra charges.
3. Payment Terms: Payment for website design services is due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension.
4. Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable if the client requests cancellation of the project before any work has commenced. Once the design process has started, no refunds will be provided. eMarketing Concepts reserves the right to determine the stage at which work has officially commenced.
5. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, including logos, images, and content, required for the website design project within the agreed-upon timeframe. Failure to do so may result in project delays.
6. Project Timeline: eMarketing Concepts will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon project timeline. However, the timeline may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or delays caused by the client.
7. Revisions: The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may result in extra charges.
8. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment for the website design services, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final design. eMarketing Concepts retains the right to use the design in its portfolio and marketing materials.
9. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for any work completed up to the termination date.
10. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during the course of the project.
11. Force Majeure: eMarketing Concepts is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and government actions.
